Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, all jewelry and products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defects, or if you received the wrong item.
THE ONLY ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE REQUEST ARE THOSE THAT FALL UNDER ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
- ITEM DELIVERED WAS DAMAGED
- INCORRECT ITEM WAS RECEIVED
All eligible items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in the Elis Jewelry Shop original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, it must be shipped with the shipping costs paid in full by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
