Question: Where do I enter promo codes?

Answer: Promo codes can be entered at checkout.

 

Question: How long is order processing time?

Answer: Processing time is 2-5 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.

 

Question: Can I change the Shipping address for my order?

Answer: Unfortunately for security purposes, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed.
